I love yoga, I practice every day, I want to share it with the world! Yoga is beneficial is so many ways. Find a type of yoga that you truly enjoy; some people love vinyasa flow, while others love hatha or kundalini. There are so many styles of yoga out there and so many instructors that put their own unique twist on the practice that it’s difficult to get bored. Experiment and take note of what you like. Get yourself to do something every single day, whether you do a full hour of yoga or 5 minutes of stretching. It will become a habit and you will notice the physical and mental benefits of getting on the mat every day.
